A Long-Term Approach to Consistent Growth
Blog Management
Build authority, attract the right audience, and stay visible in search through a consistent, strategy-led blog management service designed around your brand.
Why most blogs fail to deliver
The Gaps that hold brands back
Blogs often become an afterthought, an inconsistent collection of updates that never quite build traction.
The issue isn’t effort, it’s structure. Without a strategy, your content lacks direction and fails to have a lasting impact.
It always pains me to see a non-optimised post, where the topic has been chosen reactively, not intentionally. The result, then, is time spent on content that rarely supports real growth.
A managed blog changes that. When the stars align and strategy, structure, and consistency gel together, every post works to improve visibility, brand authority, and engagement.

More than Just Word Count
Why Blogging Matters For Your Business
Strengthen Your Search Visibility
Attract your audience and help your brand own its niche. I spend unhealthy amounts of time on keywords and manual searches so your content can stand toe-to-toe with industry giants.
Build Topical
Authority
Your blog should act as a structured network, not as a collection of posts. I strategically connect each topic to build depth, improve ranking signals, and position your brand as the go-to voice.
Save Time Without
Losing Control
Stay in the loop at every stage while I handle the research, writing, optimisation, and management, freeing your time to scale your business. I will need a cheeky sign-off at the end, though.
Align Content
with Strategy
Nothing is written without reason. I fixate on the why, whether that's to support an upcoming campaign, capture an opening in search results, bolster our keyword profile, or nurture awareness. Every post I create serves a clear purpose.
Improve ROI with
Measurable Results
Tracking and analysing data tickles a part of my brain I can't quite convey. I'll be monitoring each post's performance, helping to identify what's working while continuously refining our approach and optimising where necessary.
Drive Ongoing
Engagement
Have your users say "wow, another weekly post!" as your blog stays consistent with valuable, brand-building content. Stay top-of-mind and leverage your vast catalogue of ever-increasing posts for repurposing efforts.
The Full process
My Approach To Blog Management
Brand Comprehension
To start, we'll have a chat about your current brand voice, goals, and positioning. Knowing your existing content and ideal direction, including what you've tried before, sets up a solid foundation for blog creation. I'll also complete an audit of all current content, identifying optimisation points.
Manual Research
Next, I'll analyse your competitors and keyword opportunities to identify gaps we can capitalise on or areas for improvement to current content. These findings, coupled with your site audit, will form a roadmap of what we should publish and focus on.
Drafting & Finalising
Each post will be drafted, edited, and refined to align with your brand's tone and strategy. You'll always have the opportunity to review and sign off on the content before it's published. You can have as much or as little involvement in this process as you like; I welcome all approaches.
Optimisation & SEO
Once signed off, I do a final optimisation sweep for keywords, structure, and internal linking. Once complete, the post is uploaded and rechecked once live. Long-term management further incorporates content clusters, topical authority, and regular content updates.

What My Clients Say About Working With Me

Your questions answered
Blog Management Questions
Do You Provide Keyword Research as Part of Blog Management?
Each post I create is supported by related keyword research and performance tracking.
The extent of this research, however, will depend on the SEO processes already in place. If you’re working with an SEO expert, I can collaborate with them to ensure a whole brand encompassing approach.
If we’re working on SEO alongside blog management, a pairing I typically recommend, I’ll already have a comprehensive view of your SEO through various audits and completed SEO work, making the blog process much smoother.
Without either of these, keyword research and SEO will be streamlined to focus solely on the blog.
Can I Give You Topics or Approve of Them Beforehand?
Absolutely, and never be afraid to voice questions regarding the topics I have chosen.
I am always happy to pivot my ideas should you not be 100% happy.
When providing topics, I may suggest better ways to utilise the content idea for SEO. I promise this isn’t me saying your idea is terrible, but rather, highlighting how minor tweaks could better utilise our resources and goal.
Working collaboratively is always more fun.
So, we can adjust our process to incorporate a more collaborative approach if that’s your preferred method of working.
What if I Already Have a Blog but It’s Underperforming?
If you have an extensive catalogue of content, but none of it is performing how you’d want, that would be the perfect place to start.
I typically recommend overhauling older content (six months or more) anyway, as it’s beneficial for SEO.
We can discuss how you would like this completed and set a plan of action to enhance your existing content before we begin creating new posts.
Is This Suitable for All Industries?
100%
I’ve worked on content in over 15+ industries. While the process may vary slightly depending on the niche of your business, the overall process and timeline remain applicable.
Industry changes mainly alter the time spent on pre-production phases.
How Do You Incorporate SEO Into Your Blog Management?
I incorporate all on-page SEO elements, including internal linking, keyword placement, and image SEO.
Additionally, I’ll complete the metadata for each post.
Even if you don’t have an SEO package with me, you’ll still benefit from blog content that is written for users but filled to the brim with SEO goodness.
Who Uploads and Publishes the Content?
This one is entirely up to you.
I can handle every part of the process as part of this service; however, if you wish to take control of the final portion, feel free – I’ll use that extra time to make a cup of tea!
Regardless of who finalises the upload, I’ll still perform after-publishing checks to ensure the post is free of errors.
How Soon Should I Expect to See SEO Results From the Blog?
This is a tricky question.
I would love to say, “You’ll get page one in a week”, but the truth is, there are so many variables at play that can influence this.
The age of your website, its domain authority, current SEO quality and positioning, current backlink strength, current blog strength, and so on, all play a role in determining how quickly the SEO snowball occurs.
Blog performance compounds over time. Typically, early gains begin to show themselves between three and six months. This also depends on the consistency of posting.
Can I Pause or Scale Back This Service if Needed?
Of course. I request a month’s notice for all service changes, whether that involves pausing, cancelling, or altering deliverables.
If, for whatever reason, you decide to cancel services, I’ll provide guidance on what I recommend for the following months, so you can continue the growth we’ve created.
